Because we can freely choose our components from numerous manufacturers, we can also put together a smart home for you using tenant-friendly components. These either require no changes to the installation or the original state can be easily restored. This way, you don’t have to go through the hassle of getting your landlord’s approval. If needed, we’re happy to restore your property to its original state when you move out.
Reliable maintenance and support
A smart home, like any IT system, needs some maintenance: we’re happy to perform updates and adjustments for you as a subscription or on request. In case of problems, we respond quickly and can also assist remotely if desired.

Shocked by your electrician’s quote? You don’t have to give up on smart home! We build your smart home with a harmonious combination of freely available components from various manufacturers, carefully tested for quality, functionality, and reliability. This way, we can offer you a system up to 75% cheaper than complete systems from a single manufacturer. Another advantage: you won’t be tied to a specific manufacturer in the future.

An open system based on open source
As the central hub for our smart home systems, we use Home Assistant. Home Assistant is a powerful open-source software for central control and automation of your smart home. It enables seamless integration and control of a wide variety of devices from different manufacturers through a user-friendly interface. Want to use Zigbee, WiFi, and Bluetooth nodes? No problem.
Data privacy and freedom of choice
Thanks to local data processing, Home Assistant provides the highest security and privacy, while powerful automation features make your daily life more comfortable and efficient. All this without cloud or subscription requirements. If you wish, you can still integrate all commercial cloud-based services and, for example, use their voice assistants.
