General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Webshop
Siglis AG (hereinafter “siglis”) operates its own online shop under the web presence https://zigfred.ch (hereinafter “zigfred Webshop”), through which siglis sells its own Smart Home products from the “zigfred” range.
Warranty
A statutory warranty of two years applies to the products from the time of receipt.
Service & Support
siglis is committed to providing its customers with quality products with zigfred. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, and our goal is to offer excellent service with the official zigfred online shop.
If the customer is not satisfied with the products delivered from the zigfred online shop, they can contact us either by phone at +41 43 543 34 20 or by e-mail at support@zigfred.ch . To make use of our “money-back guarantee,” any complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, i.e. on the day of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately after their discovery. The amount paid for the defective goods will be credited to the customer in the form of a voucher. The voucher is valid for one year. siglis reserves the right to request proof of the defect before the amount is credited. Möchtest du, dass ich dir auch gleich die Übersetzungen für die nächsten AGB-Abschnitte vorbereite, damit du alles in einem Schwung hast?
Our “money-back guarantee” applies to the following defects: damage caused during transport, incomplete deliveries, manufacturing defects, or packaging defects.
Products
siglis makes every effort to provide accurate product information (e.g. specifications of switching outputs, loads, etc.). The customer acknowledges that, for pre-orders, certain aspects may change slightly while the product is still undergoing certification (including output power and radio range). siglis is committed to continuously updating product documentation and support, and to fixing defects through software updates.
siglis does not guarantee the successful connection of zigfred to third-party products (e.g. “Smart Home Gateways”), particularly if changes to third-party products (e.g. via firmware updates) prevent correct functionality. siglis also does not guarantee achieving the desired radio range of zigfred, as structural and local conditions make it impossible to give a precise statement about the attainable range.
Operating zigfred without a neutral wire (in-line) imposes certain requirements on the light fixture, which can lead to malfunctions, especially with low-power and high-efficiency lamps (e.g. flickering). We recommend consulting our FAQ or support page.
The functionality of zigfred is continuously being expanded. siglis reserves the right to offer new features or services, beyond the delivery condition, for a fee.
Order
Prices
The minimum purchase value for products delivered by siglis, including shipping costs, is CHF 100.- per order.
VAT is included in all prices.
The product prices listed before submitting the order (at checkout) are binding.
Siglis may adjust the prices communicated on the webshop and in other documents at any time.
Products
Siglis reserves the right to limit delivery quantities for certain products and not to fulfill the order if it is exceptionally heavy or bulky.
If a product ordered is not available at the time of delivery, it will neither be invoiced nor sent at a later date.
Pre-order
Certain designated products can be pre-ordered. The pre-order is invoiced immediately. Siglis strives to prioritize pre-orders and to provide early information on availability or significant delays.
The stated availability date is non-binding. If availability cannot be guaranteed within six months, the customer is entitled to a refund of the order value.
Siglis assumes no liability for delays for any potential damages incurred by the customer (including construction deadlines).
Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed by Siglis.
If an order is supplemented, the original order serves as the calculation basis for any special offers and discounts.
The contractual relationship is established by the customer’s order and the electronic acceptance of this order by Siglis. The customer may only supplement or cancel the order until it has been processed at one of our logistics centers.
Payment
Payment methods
Customers can choose to pay by credit card, Twint, or bank transfer.
In exceptional cases, Siglis may require payment by credit card.
Creditworthiness
Siglis reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. By placing their order, customers consent to the obtaining of a credit report.
Siglis reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on an advance payment or the provision of security.
Siglis may cancel or suspend an order if the customer is not creditworthy or if there is a justified suspicion of fraudulent intent.
The customer has the right to revoke their above consent at any time in writing.
Refunds, credits, vouchers, gifts
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, these credits will be applied and can be used for purchases at Siglis within one year. After this period, the credit expires.
Siglis vouchers are in no case transferable or auctionable. Only one voucher can be used per order.

After the order is confirmed by Siglis, the products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
